Yes! 1 third of your life is spent with the people at the place of your employment. In other words, for most of us, the workplace is more like a second home. It stands to reason that the workplace should be a place where employees can feel at ease, valued, and cared for.

How to Participate Actively in Personal and Workplace Wellness

Being in good physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health constitutes personal wellness. A healthy lifestyle can help you balance all of these factors and achieve wellness. You will realize that your decisions and choices will have an effect on both your short-term and long-term wellness; in other words, what appears to be happening in your personal life will most likely have a domino effect and affect your productivity in the workplace. Whichever the case may be. It is up to you to design and plan your life around that. Learn to manage the expectations of your peers or your superior.
