DLK Group is a 100% Black owned and managed company and therefore subscribes to the strict code of practice regarding BEE procurement. DLK procurement’s policy focuses on preferred Black–owned business. We aim to procure 80% of our requirements from emerging BEE companies, which includes our outsourcing policy.
Strategic alliances with leading Black ICT companies have been formed. DLK endeavours to offer employment opportunities to the historically disadvantaged communities. Our staff-training programme aims to achieve DLK’s employment equity targets and stimulate capacity building within the company. We believe that knowledge transfer and skills development is vitally important to any organisation and must be given priority in order to promote the economic advancement of our communities and our country.
