DLK GROUP is a 100% black-owned and managed company, with its Head Office in the Western Cape, and branch offices in Gauteng, Kwa Zulu Natal and the Eastern Cape. We have an established base of clients in local and provincial and national government, legal firms, and commercial enterprises. The company has been in business for the past 20 years. 

Our reputation has been built through the delivery of solutions that enhance business performance and cost efficiency. These solutions are broadly grouped into Software Solutions, Recruitment Services, IT Services, Training and Business Solutions and range from initial business process audit through to development, training, implementation and post implementation support. We work closely with industry leaders to ensure that the optimum mix of experience, skills and software excellence is deployed to address and support client solutions. We believe that we have a firm foundation for achieving our vision of being a dominant role player within South Africa’s ICT services and resources market.

Company History

DLK Group started in 2000 from a separate entrance at the home of Leon Hendricks with a total of 2 staff and through its perseverance and a good attitude it has grown to a company of 150 permanent staff with many successful projects completed over the last 19 years and many happy customers.

The companies success has been built on the qualities of being customer focused, delivering quality solutions built by a skilled and experienced team using leading-edge technologies and getting the basics right, such as delivering the project on time and good customer service.

DLK Group’s internship programme affords ICT students an opportunity to gain experience while studying towards a diploma or degree. DLK Group shares its knowledge and expertise by presenting motivational talks to various educational facilities.
