DLK Training offers an extensive service of Pre and Post Skills Assessment. This service is twofold whereby:

a) The customer is able to ascertain the skills level of each of their members of staff, allowing them to effectively budget and manage their investment in training and education.

b) We are then able to utilise this information, and thereby offer training courses, customised to the delegate’s specific requirements. The lecturer/facilitator receives this information prior to the training, and plans his/her training day, based on the requirements of each delegate. This service is offered to all our clients and has proven to be highly effective.

The Pre Training Assessment and Post Training Assessment is computer-based, and can be customised to the corporate requirement.
