Support

A service of free telephonic support is provided to all delegates who have attended a training session with DLK Training.

On completion of the skills management program, a delegate is able to contact DLK Training for support on the topics covered on the course. These support calls are logged onto a system, and a monthly report is produced and issued to the relevant person within their organisation for their perusal.

A support visit (coaching) will be made on a monthly basis, to meet with the delegate in their working environment, ensuring that they are able to apply the concepts taught.

These times can be revisited, depending on the specific requirements of each company.

Lunches/Teas

A meal is served to the delegates who attend the full day training. Tea and coffee is served at registration, mid-morning and mid-afternoon.

It is important for the delegates to break away from the classroom for short intervals, as relaxation time is extremely important. Light finger snacks are provided for evening and Saturday morning courses.

Refreshments and meals are to be provided by the customer, for all “on-site” training, unless alternative arrangements are made.
