Method Of Training

DLK Training’s main focus is lecture-led training. The lecturer/facilitator utilises Multimedia-based applications to instil the concepts to the delegates, and assists the slower delegates in understanding more complex concepts.

The options of CBT (Computer Based Training) to enhance the knowledge passed onto the delegate during the training, is available on request.

DLK Training courses can be completed within a one or two-day period, alternatively a skills management program can be set up to cover the topics of interest over a set number of hours. It is imperative that the delegate has the pre-requisite knowledge to benefit from the hourly concepts.

A one-on-one executive training service is also provided, where the trainer will spend time with the student, at a venue of their choice (be it their office, home, our offices etc.), and cover the content required.

By the end of the training session, delegates will feel comfortable working with the application and applying all the concepts they have been taught.
